This area and its subjects of study are related with all the themes that have to do with mathemathics and physics. It includes a group of subjects that all the other areas have in common, besides that it also contains its own subjects, such as: chemical physics, specific maths topics and applied computer science. Those subjects are more related to this specific area of studies.
It also prepares and allows the students to have the capácity to study a major that has to do with mathematics and physics.
